Being offered through our partner Europ Assistance India Pvt. Ltd., our nationwide network of service providers and mechanics will be committed to help you 24/7 across India and will be reachable on our all India toll free number round the clock.

Our goal is to ensure that even if your RE is immobilized, whether at home or while traveling, any inconvenience to you and your family is minimized.
Should you ever require assistance, all you need to do is dial our 24-hour assistance hotline: 1800-2100-007, and RE Roadside Assistance will be there to help.
If your Royal Enfield motorcycle breaks down due to a mechanical or electrical fault that cannot be repaired on the spot and becomes immobilised, we will assist you in making arrangements for the bike to be towed to the nearest Royal Enfield Service Centre. Royal Enfield will bear the cost of towing till the nearest authorised dealership (limited to 100 Kms).
If your Royal Enfield motorcycle meets with an accident while being ridden or breaks down due to a mechanical or electrical fault which cannot be repaired on the spot and becomes immobilised, Royal Enfield will assist you in making arrangements for the bike to be towed to the nearest Royal Enfield Service Centre. RE will bear the cost of towing till the nearest authorised Service Centre (limited to 100 Kms).
In case of a weak or dead battery, RE will assist the user in jumpstarting the motorcycle. In case the battery needs a replacement, the costs attached to the new battery will have to be borne by the user. Royal Enfield will assist you in making arrangements for the bike to be towed to the nearest Royal Enfield Service Centre. RE will bear the cost of towing till the nearest authorized Service Centre (limited to 100 1(ms).
If your Royal Enfield motorcycle breaks down due to a minor mechanical or electrical fault and an immediate repair on the spot is deemed possible, RE shall assist the user by arranging for a technician to reach the breakdown location. RE will bear the labour and conveyance costs. However, the cost of material and spare parts, if required, to repair the bike on the spot and any other incidental conveyance to obtain such material and spare parts, will have to be borne by the user. This service will be provided when the bike is not in a position to be ridden to the nearest Service Centre.
In the event of your Royal Enfield motorcycle being immobilised due to incorrect fuelling (adulterated fuel), we will assist you in making arrange-ments for the bike to be towed to the nearest RE Service Centre. RE will bear the cost of towing till the nearest authorised Service Centre (limited to 100 Kms).
If your Royal Enfield motorcycle runs out of fuel while riding and is immobilised, RE shall deliver up to five litres of petrol at the location of the breakdown. The cost of fuel will be home by the user.
If your Royal Enfield motorcycle has a punctured or bust tyre, RE will assist you by organizing for a bike technician to get the tyre repaired. RE will bear the labour cost and round trip conveyance of the service provider. The cost of the puncture will have to be borne by the user.
If the key of your Royal Enfield motorcycle is broken.lost ormisplaced.REwill arrange for a replacement to besentto thecustomer through courier toeither his residence or office after receiving the required authorisation. The customermay berequested tosubmitan identity proof at thetime of delivery of the keysandallcosts inthe process will have tobeborne bythe customer.
If requested.REwill assist the customer in obtainingaccess to medicaladvice or treatment. Our team will refer the customer to the nearest appropriate medical centre for treatment. All costs related to the consultation and treatment willhaveto beborne by the customer.This service will only beona referral basis and allpayments shallbe made directly by the customer to the medicalservice provider.
